Business problem

What I did

  1. Developed change pipeline and routines for system enhancements
  2. Coached and managed Business Improvement Analyst to improve stakeholder engagement in the change routines and effectiveness
  3. Managed conversations and interactions between external stakeholders from different locations to improve operating routines and staff interactions
  4. Applied Lean Six Sigma methodologies to build business cases and measure baseline,  develop new solutions and control the implementation and quality outputs for improvements
