AGL Energy wanted to partner with REA Group to offer utilities and connection services.

What I did

1. I built a tender proposal alongside executives, and the tender process was successful
2. Managed the program of work to deliver an integrated, whitelabel website and sales funnel
3. Worked closely with REA Group for branding, marketing, customer journey and sales performance
4. Change management, call centre training, and operational readiness for the brand launch

What was the outcome

• AGL Energy partnered with REA Group, a partnership starting in 2018 and extending beyond 2024
• Delivery of a whitelabel realestate.com.au Connection Services website in less than 100 days
