• AGL Energy took part of a $3 million investment in the start-up company, Honey Insurance
• There was an opportunity to design an integrated customer proposition for Utilities + Insurance

What I did

1. Developed Customer Experience propositions with the Honey Insurance Designers, Developers and Marketing teams
2. Managed Channel Onboarding and Operational Manuals, Distribution Agreements
3. Managed reviews with external law firms to manage onboarding of Financial Services Guide and consent management for insurance proposition
4. Operational readiness, change management and technical delivery of software integrations
5. Ongoing compliance, training and performance management of the insurance product for AGL Energy
