- In 2019, I started an ambitious program around Customer Advocacy, with a specific drive on Google Reviews and ProductReview.com.au
- Over the course of three years, focussed on advocacy and brand management routines
What was the outcome
- In December 2023, we were notified that we would be awarded the 2024 ProductReview.com.au category winner.
